Ordering conditions, security and privacy
ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
Viola Florist accepts orders directly on the florist’s premises and indirectly by phone or in writing via E-Mail.

In exceptional cases, when a more precise agreement is required or the delivery of additional material that is delivered with the ordered flower arrangement is necessary, the client’s arrival at the florist’s premises or some other type of agreement is necessary.

The ordering party is obliged to provide Viola florist with all relevant information necessary for successful and uninterrupted delivery, which refers to the name and surname of the recipient, the exact address to which the delivery is made, the recipient’s contact phone number and other important information.

DEADLINES AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
Viola Florist will deliver the ordered goods to the requested address at the customer’s request, taking care to comply with the desired delivery time entered in the note or within 48 hours at the latest.

Delivery of flowers for funerals (to the cemetery, to the chapel from which the funeral is performed) is done no later than one hour before the scheduled date of the funeral.

DELIVERY
The Viola florist will deliver the ordered flower arrangement to the recipient’s address.

The client can also be the recipient, if he orders flowers for himself. Apart from the recipient, flowers can be picked up by any other person at the recipient’s address if they wish to do so.

Viola Florist will inform the customer about the delivery (SMS, e-mail or phone).

The customer is obliged to be available by phone at the time specified for delivery so that he can get in touch in case of possible problems during delivery.

Delivery to hospitals, hotels and offices:
Additional information will be required for delivery to the above institutions: the exact name of the institution, address, telephone, room number, floor, etc.
Delivery to such places is also considered to have been made when the ordered arrangement is received by the person in charge of receiving such shipments.

DELIVERY EXECUTION
Viola Florist will make every effort to make the delivery, but in the four cases listed below, although the delivery is not made, it is considered completed:
• The recipient refuses to accept the shipment;
• Address or recipient information incorrect;
• The recipient is not at the specified address at the specified time and any persons present (roommates, neighbors, colleagues) refuse to accept the flower arrangement;
• Force majeure puts the Viola florist in a situation where she is unable to deliver.

In the first three cases, we will inform the client about the situation. If the client wishes, he will be able to pick up the product at his own expense in the Viola flower shop within 36 hours from the moment we inform him. If in this situation we cannot contact the client within 30 minutes, we will consider the delivery complete.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints about the delivered flower arrangement of the Viola flower shop will be accepted if it is notified within 1 hour after the delivery.

Complaints will be accepted in the event that Viola Florist did not comply with any of the agreed parts in the order, if the wrong flower arrangement was delivered or the delivery was made to the wrong person or to the wrong address.

Viola undertakes to correct any omissions as soon as possible.

Giving up shopping
Cancellation of the order is not possible due to abuse.

PRODUCTS (FLOWERS AND PLANT MATERIAL)
Due to the seasonal characteristics and nature of the plant material, Viola cannot guarantee that the appearance of the product will be identical in all details to that of the corresponding image. Viola will always strive for the built-in elements to be identical to the photo of the ordered arrangement, but in the interest of the customer, Viola reserves the right to replace one or more components in the product, but always so that the product still matches the description and quality.

The flowers in some pictures are in full bloom. Viola Florist reserves the right to incorporate flowers in the bud stage into the ordered arrangement (thus extending the duration of the flower arrangement).

We do not take responsibility for the following products
The customer should be aware that he is ordering a “live” product, so although Viola guarantees that he will use the best quality plant material, the “life” of the delivered products depends on the nature of the plant material and the care provided by the recipient.

Some types of flowers and leaves can be toxic or cause skin rashes. It is necessary to keep these products out of the reach of children and people with sensitive skin, wash your hands after contact with flowers and leaves.

Pollen from the pollen of some flower species (such as lilies or anemones) can leave permanent stains on clothes. The recipient should take care that clothes and furniture do not come into contact with these types of flowers.

Never leave flowers near electrical appliances and always use some kind of protective material between the plant pots and the surface on which they stand.

Some arrangements include fruits, vegetables, candles or other decorative items. No part of the arrangement is intended for eating. It is not recommended to light candles near flammable objects and objects or leave them lit unattended.

Protection of personal data
Viola is committed to protecting the privacy of all its users.

The downloaded data that are necessary for the quality provision of the service will be used exclusively for the purpose of realization of received orders and will not be given for use to third parties.

All customer data is strictly kept and is available only to Viola florist employees who can use it solely for the purpose of providing service to the customer. All Viola employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.

By using the services of the Viola florist, you agree to the collection of personal data and their use for the stated purposes. If you do not want us to take your personal data or you do not agree with any part of this statement, please do not use the Viola service through online ordering.

Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

VAT return
Viola Florist is not in the VAT system.

Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

Refunds
In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Viola florist is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the user’s account

By signing the order in the premises of Viola, ordering cards by phone or e-mail, it is understood that the customer is familiar with the above CONDITIONS OF ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS and that he fully agrees with them.
